FAQ – Store Orders & Policy Help
How to Place an Order
Place the products you wish to purchase into your shopping cart.
Continue through PayPal or the standard checkout page.
Fill in your email, full name, and complete delivery details.
Apply your promo code in the Discount field if available.
Confirm your delivery information → enter payment details → select Complete Order.
After your purchase is completed, confirmation will show on screen and arrive by email. Support: service@revantta.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Contact customer service with the following:
Your order number
A clear image under 1MB showing the problem
Once confirmed, the correct product will be arranged and shipped without extra charge. Email: service@revantta.com
Confirming Your Order
Your order confirmation email includes the order number and purchase information. If it is missing, please check your spam or junk folders.
Modifying an Order
Changes must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order day. After this time, processing may prevent modifications. Contact: service@xorevvia.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Select product choices → Add to Cart
View cart: Open the shopping cart icon
Adjust quantity: Change the Quantity field
Remove item: Select Remove

Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Checkout
Select PayPal → log in → confirm the payment → return to confirmation.
Discount Codes
Enter the promotion code → click Apply → the discount will display in the order summary.
